Shipping Terms

• We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed. Payment is usually confirmed within 1 business day.
• Our average delivery time is 7–21 days for Fast Shipping once processed and confirmed.
• As soon as we process and ship out your order, an automated email will be sent to you with a link to our order tracker.
• This website is intended for use in New Zealand, free shipping is available for New Zealand delivery addresses only, for website users based outside New Zealand, you can request a quote for special delivery by contacting us.
